Must be Sunshine Coast based business. Must be able to hold a party/gathering for min 30 people and will win our food truck on site for serving time for 2 hours, with food and soft drink up to the value of $1500 dollars. You must have followed the competition rules.

You must provide a safe site to hold your event , and must meet our food truck specification on our corporate event webpage.

Extra food or extra patron number must be prior organised. You can of course ask for extra serves if you have numbers greater than the reward, covers, you must cover costs associated with organising the event.

Competitors must complete a registration process on our website entry to officially enter the competition. This may include providing information, to us, so you can be registered to go into the competition, you must be authorised to enter this event on behalf of your business or company.

Every competition has specific rules and regulations that participants must follow.

Will be determined by an online random generator on the competition designated date and times.

Competitions winners will be informed that day and can nominate to book a Christmas date / party for their business prior to Christmas of 2023 if the winning party can not work out a date, the winning party fi agreed by both parties can be transferred to the first 1/2 of 2024.

Competitions deadlines for submission of entries, is November 18th and November 25th at 12 noon

Participants at the event, are usually expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes fair play, respect for others, and ethical behavior.

At winners event as per relevant OH&S

Mdia coverage musy be at the discretion of Motha Trucka, promotional activities, and the use of participants' images and content, must be ok'd by Motha Trucka.

Procedures for resolving disputes or disagreements between participants, judges, or organisers should be outlined.

Our Truck and company hold 20 Million in public liability policy for our events, however it is the responsibility of the winning company to ensure all insurance and practices for its own workers and participants are covered and work safe.

No more than 5 Entries per company or group or any un toward activities that could compromise the integrity of the competition will be dealt with.

Winners can not be relatives of Motha Trucka owners or have conflict of interest to maintain fairness and impartiality.

Conditions for withdrawing from the competition or not being able to hold the event at the winners business premises will mean a re draw by random online generator and allocate the prize to the 3rd generated winners if applicable, this will be published should be clearly stated on our social media.
